Self-adhesive gel dots cover your sore spots. Four-way stretch fabric on one side allows these pre-cut dots to mold comfortably to your foot or toes. Dots are 2mm thick and won't add bulk. Reusable! Adhesive quality returns after hand washing.

Hand wash in mild detergent. Air-dry.
