Freed of London RAD Character Skirt

Black character circle skirt for RAD, approved by the Royal Academy of Dance.

Adjustable/extending waist up to 2.5-3" with Velcro closure. Measurements un-extended waist measurement.

Skirt should fit natural waist and fall to mid-calf, between knee and ankle. Recommend buying slightly longer with younger dancers to grow with. 

Black polyester with three alternating ribbons of color. 

Multicolor - Pastel features pink, lavender, and light blue ribbon
